AECOM is hiring an Army Client Account Director

About the Role

This role leads the development and execution of client strategies for U.S. Army accounts, ensuring contract success, customer satisfaction, and expansion of service offerings through proactive relationship management and performance oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for assigned Army client portfolios
  • Manage contract performance and ensure compliance with federal requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key Army stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery of services across multiple project teams
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client objectives
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Army clients
  • Monitor account financial health and reporting metrics
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Support proposal development for new work and recompete efforts
  • Ensure alignment with federal acquisition regulations
  • Lead account reviews and executive briefings
  • Manage risk mitigation strategies for program execution
  • Foster collaboration between technical teams and client representatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Army priorities and funding trends
  • Guide resource allocation to support account demands
  • Represent the organization at industry and client events
  • Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables
  • Promote innovation in service delivery models
  • Support workforce development and team leadership
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate with legal and contracts teams on modifications
  • Drive continuous improvement in client operations
  • Uphold ethical standards and compliance protocols
  • Support crisis response and contingency planning

Security Requirements

Applicant must currently hold a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain higher clearance as needed
