What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow market share within the assigned territory through proactive outreach and in-person engagement
- Identify new business opportunities via cold outreach, targeted visits, and digital communication channels
- Build trust with physicians, clinic owners, and other decision-makers by understanding their operational challenges and aligning solutions
- Lead sales cycles from initial contact to close, emphasizing clinical outcomes and long-term value
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to illustrate safety, effectiveness, and return on investment
- Represent the brand at trade shows, key opinion leader events, and local markets to strengthen visibility
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, ensuring transparency with leadership
- Stay current on product advancements, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and expense reporting with precision and timeliness
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, ideally within medical aesthetics or laser technology
- Proven success exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Physical capability to transport equipment up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, lifting, bending, and extended computer or driving time
