Key Responsibilities
- Lead territory development through proactive cold outreach, in-person visits, and strategic route planning
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in clinical and aesthetic practices
- Identify customer challenges and align solutions through product demonstrations and education
- Advance opportunities through complex sales cycles with precision and ethical negotiation
- Communicate value over price, emphasizing outcomes, safety, and long-term benefits
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records while adhering to company policies
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and key opinion leader forums
- Stay current on product advancements and competitive dynamics through ongoing training
- Support marketing initiatives across digital platforms to strengthen brand visibility
- Manage administrative tasks including expense reporting, business planning, and sales documentation
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, ideally within medical aesthetics or laser technology
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets in multi-touch, relationship-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, travel, and pipeline rigorously
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; comfortable with regional travel (50–75%)
- Physical ability to transport equipment up to 50 lbs and work in varied clinical environments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or communications preferred
- Track record as a top-tier performer (e.g., President’s Club or equivalent) is highly valued
