What You'll Do
Drive sales performance across the Gorakhpur territory by setting and executing plans to meet monthly volume and point-of-sale targets. Focus on growing sales for 16-inch and larger tires under the Goodyear brand, and 14-inch or larger for Kelly tires.
Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new dealers and business development officers. Work closely with key distributors to strengthen partnerships, ensure order fulfillment, and maintain consistent payment collection.
Track sales progress against set benchmarks and take corrective steps when performance lags. Deliver regular updates on achievements, market dynamics, and competitor activity, including pricing and product strategies.
Contribute to broader service initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and provide actionable insights to refine market approaches.
Requirements
You must have a proven ability to manage sales operations within a defined region, with clear experience in meeting volume, product mix, and channel development targets. Demonstrated success in growing market share and account penetration is essential.
Strong organizational skills are required to maintain beat plans and daily routing schedules (PJP), submit timely reports, and monitor performance metrics like Share of Accounts (SOA) and Share of Market (SOM).
You should be adept at analyzing competitor movements and translating insights into strategy adjustments. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting dealers in field operations is expected.
