Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead our Mass Distribution efforts in Hyderabad. In this critical role, you will be responsible for appointing and managing TSXs and Promoters to promote Prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges, directly contributing to our market share and business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Appoint and manage TSXs and Promoters to effectively promote Prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges.
- Be responsible for TSXs and Promoter Monthly Target achievements.
- Appoint and manage Distributors in defined market geography.
- Visit markets as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
- Drive extraction from covered sites and towns for quality gross.
- Acquire customers to gain market share and contribute to Cluster business objectives.
- Establish Best-in-Class distribution footprint and boost MRD contribution along with promoter productivity.
- Aid the achievement of Revenue targets by driving higher acquisition quality leading to higher recharging base.
- Ensure strong governance investment and working capital Management.
- Drive Sales Automation, new Projects, and a Digital culture among Team members.
- Drive a high engagement while inculcating performance culture along with investment in learning & development.
What We're Looking For
- 10-15 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
- Effective Distributor Management.
- Ability to motivate team & build capability.
- Skilled in conflict management.
Work Mode
This position is based locally in Hyderabad, requiring regular market visits.
