Solenis is seeking an Area Manager for our Food and Beverage team in the US South Central region. In this role, you will lead sales representatives to achieve sales and profit targets, execute district sales plans, manage key customer interfaces, and drive team performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage sales representatives to achieve targeted total gross profit.
- Execute against district sales and budget targets.
- Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen team knowledge and skills.
- Ensure compliance to systems, regulations, and policies.
- Control costs and increase efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Implement performance plan management.
- Manage customer interface with identified Large/Local accounts and Key Account Managers.
What We're Looking For
- A college degree.
- Experience selling in a B2B environment.
- 2-3 years of prior experience managing a sales team.

- Specialty chemical sales experience.
