About the Role

Kyndryl is hiring a Customer Partner for the Insurance sector to transform how we manage relationships with our largest accounts. You will be responsible for driving account growth, boosting profitability, and creating deep executive connections. Your focus will be on developing and executing forward-thinking strategies that cater to each customer's unique needs.

What You'll Do

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections with top-level executives.
  • Drive proactive account growth by selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for growth and retention.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver tailor-made solutions for each customer's requirements.
  • Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless process from prospecting to closing.
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts.
  • Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes.
  • Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue new deals.
  • Own the account P&L, taking charge of customer satisfaction and ensuring account compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • 3 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree.
  • Sales experience in technical solutions.
