Responsibilities
- Manage studio workflows to ensure timely project milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and delivery units
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent architecture projects
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards for studio performance
- Facilitate communication between leadership and project teams
- Implement standardized processes for project initiation and closure
- Track project budgets and forecast operational needs
- Support the integration of new tools and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and reporting standards
- Lead studio-wide planning and review sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years in architecture or design operations
- Proven experience managing complex project portfolios
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with project management software and collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-evolving technical environment
- Familiarity with design lifecycle methodologies
- Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in architecture or management
- Experience in healthcare or technical facilities design
- Knowledge of BIM and digital design platforms
- Background in agile or lean project delivery
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience with studio culture in design firms
