LTIMindtree is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Technical Solution Architect to provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation of AI solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with team governance and direct customer engagement, focusing on architecting, designing, and deploying solutions leveraging Azure and generative AI models.

What You'll Do

Provide hands-on technical guidance, and manage and govern the team.
Architect, design, and implement solutions on-premises, in the cloud, and using hybrid models.
Deploy a variety of generative models.
Fine-tune and customize pre-trained AI models.
Develop and deliver upskilling sessions to customers.
Prepare solution presentations and manage customer calls.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of overall IT experience.
Currently hands-on with a minimum of 5 years of experience on Azure.
Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions.
Proven experience architecting, designing, and implementing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
Hands-on experience deploying generative models and fine-tuning/customizing pre-trained AI models.
Strong understanding of AI patterns, data engineering, and large data processing.
Hands-on skills in Prompt Engineering, Azure Open AI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and Vector Databases.
Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate (AZ204) certification.
Excellent customer connects, a positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum educational qualification: BCA/MCA/BE/BTech or equivalent.

Nice to Have

Experience with MLOps and LLMOps.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect Expert (AZ303 & AZ304), AI102 Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate, DP100 Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate, Databricks Professional Certificate in Large Language Models, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Preferred educational qualification: M.Tech/M.S.
