Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Architectural Drafter to bring design concepts to life through precise technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations. In this remote role, you will be responsible for creating detailed documentation for interior and exterior projects, working closely with architects and designers.
What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents.
- Develop 2D and 3D models for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings.
- Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to refine concepts.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and attention to design details.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Strong rendering and visualization skills.
- Excellent understanding of architectural drafting standards.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, spatial design, and detailing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Background in Architecture or Interior Design.
- A portfolio showcasing drafting and rendering work for interior and exterior projects.
