Construction & Property Group – UK is seeking a part-time Architectural Drafter to support our design and drafting needs. In this role, you will create accurate construction drawings and technical layouts, collaborating with our team remotely.
What You'll Do
- Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
- Interpret sketches, markups, and design instructions from architects or project managers.
- Maintain project tasks, updates, and documentation using Asana.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant architectural standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team, respond to revisions, and meet daily expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed user of Revit and AutoCAD with your own valid licenses.
- Proven experience in drafting architectural plans, especially floor plans.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Familiarity with remote task management tools (Asana).
- Ability to complete and pass a trial test to demonstrate skills.
