Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Architectural Designer to own the full project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for transforming initial concepts into safe, compliant, and structurally sound buildings, ensuring every space is both functional and visually stunning.

What You'll Do

Conceptualize and develop detailed blueprints that balance aesthetic vision with practical functionality.
Ensure all designs meet safety standards, building codes, and zoning regulations.
Oversee construction progress to ensure the build aligns with the original design intent and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure a seamless workflow.

What We're Looking For

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical detailing.
Ability to create 3D models and renderings for client presentations using SketchUp.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel for budgeting/schedules, Outlook).
Deep understanding of structural integrity, sustainable design practices, and construction materials.
Familiarity with local building codes and the permit application process.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of artistic flair and technical rigor.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for clients.
