Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of social media ad designs from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring strong visual appeal and performance results
- Work closely with strategy, growth, and creative teams to turn project briefs and data insights into effective and attractive ad content
- Adapt design approach to suit different styles and brand requirements as defined in project briefs
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and stay informed on current trends in graphic design, social media, and culture
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to streamline workflows and enhance design quality, keeping pace with new technologies
- Support larger brand efforts such as print media, product packaging, multi-channel campaigns, and partnership initiatives
- Maintain and refine brand elements like color, typography, and imagery to ensure a consistent and polished brand presence
- Assist in producing design assets for various cross-functional, short-term projects as needed
- Clearly explain design decisions and concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
