Interkultura Verlag is offering a 3-month internship for a creative individual passionate about graphic design, AI-generated art, and media production. You will join a small, dynamic team to contribute to the visual development of books, e-books, and promotional materials from your home office.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in preparing graphics, illustrations, and media files for various projects.
- Assist in designing logos, app templates, layouts, and editing images for books and e-books.
- Learn to generate and work with AI art using tools like DreamStudio, Midjourney, and Blue Willow.
- Advise on layout development and design promotional materials such as ads, posters, and flyers.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a university degree or vocational training, preferably in Interaction Design, Media Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- First practical experience with common software like Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and MS Office.
- High typographic and design competence, with good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A willingness for independent further education and a strong, reliable work ethic with initiative.
- Organizational talent, communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Skill in time and self-management, with the capacity to act independently and responsibly within given goals.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience in app design, such as Material Design or iOS Design.

You will be joining a compact team of 1-10 employees where you will have space for your ideas and the opportunity to help shape the publishing program.
