About the Role
The apprentice will assist in managing sponsorship initiatives, supporting partnership campaigns, and ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of sponsorship projects from initiation to execution
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and presentations
- Monitor ongoing sponsorship agreements and campaign deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on campaign integration
- Track and report on sponsorship performance metrics
- Help maintain relationships with current sponsorship partners
- Gather data and insights to support partnership strategy
- Participate in internal meetings with cross-functional teams
- Assist in organizing events related to sponsorship activations
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all sponsored content
- Support budget tracking for sponsorship activities
- Compile documentation for sponsorship renewals and evaluations
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth and visibility
- Assist in managing contracts and legal documentation
- Coordinate logistics for sponsorship-related assets and materials
- Contribute to the development of sponsorship reporting tools
- Stay updated on industry trends in sponsorship and partnerships
- Support crisis or issue resolution related to sponsorships
- Help onboard new sponsorship partners
- Maintain accurate records in partnership databases
- Assist in translating sponsorship materials when needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas
- Ensure timely delivery of partner benefits
- Support compliance with sponsorship agreements
- Gain hands-on experience in partnership management
Compensation
