Bilfinger is looking for an Apprentice Trainer with Focus on Electrical Engineering to lead practical vocational training and drive the development of apprentices. In this role, you will be a key part of our HR Recruiting & Development team, working in a newly built, modern training workshop and contributing to a successful, forward-thinking corporation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct practical vocational training for apprentices, focusing on electrical engineering in a modern workshop.
- Teach foundational and specialized knowledge, skills, and critical safety-related topics.
- Prepare apprentices for final apprenticeship exams, internal competency checks, and practical assignments.
- Support the individual development and growth of each apprentice.
- Contribute new ideas and innovations to further develop the training department and its concepts.
- Work closely with operational departments to coordinate and align training content.
- Support the organization, planning, deployment, and supervision of apprentices, including coordinating rotation schedules.
- Participate actively in training projects, events, and school cooperations.
- Document training progress and handle related administrative tasks for the apprenticeship program.
- As part of the HR team, contribute to the timely acquisition of qualified applicants.
- Maintain and manage training materials and workshop equipment.
- Maintain contacts with schools, chambers, and other relevant educational institutions.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed technical education in electrical engineering (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, master craftsman, or comparable).
- Genuine enjoyment and experience working with young people, paired with pedagogical skills.
- A structured, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- A trainer qualification (Ausbildnerprüfung) already obtained or a willingness to complete it promptly.
Nice to Have
- Several years of professional experience in an electrical engineering environment.

- Annual gross salary starting from €56,000.00, according to the collective agreement with potential market-compliant overpayment for higher qualifications.
