Aptar is hiring an Apprentice, Operational Excellence to support our Injectables Division. You will assist the Senior Operational Excellence Manager in formalizing routines and the management system across three production sites in Normandy (Granville 1, Granville 2, Brécey) and global services in Granville.
What You'll Do
- Govern rituals, including updates, ratings, and action plans for continuous improvement.
- Conduct assessments of routines like audits, 'genba' walks, and targeted projects.
- Implement concrete improvement actions based on findings.
- Standardize processes to ensure consistency across sites.
- Create a comprehensive monitoring process for all routine activities.
- Participate actively in structured improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- A final year engineering student seeking a one-year apprenticeship contract starting September 2026.
- A strong affinity for fieldwork and collaborative teamwork.
- The ability to propose and develop ideas.
- Pragmatism, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity.
- A valid driver's license (Permis B) is essential for travel between sites.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence principles, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
