Aptar is seeking an Apprentice Mixing Methods (Alternant Methodes Melange H/F) for a 2-year apprenticeship contract starting in September 2026. Based at our Granville 2 site, you will play a key support role to the Process Mixing Leader in daily operational activities.
What You'll Do
- Follow and analyze rheometric trends of mixtures.
- Update operational techniques for internal mixers, cylinders, extrusion processes, and packaging.
- Monitor and report on hot rejection rates.
- Review product specifications and study process deviations.
- Modify extrusion techniques by monitoring dies, pre-dies, and other components.
- Track line TRS (Total Relative Speed), downtime, and root causes of failures.
- Propose and support actions related to the productivity plan and waste reduction initiatives on the line.

- You must currently be seeking an apprenticeship contract to be eligible for this role.
