Paired is seeking a remote Appointment Setting Specialist to be a key driver of our growth. In this fully remote role, you will connect potential clients with our services by reaching out to prospects, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Qualify leads based on their interest and fit within our services
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and track progress in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments or address inquiries
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
