About the Role

Valatam is hiring a remote Appointment Setter to prospect and contact potential clients, scheduling discovery calls for our sales team. You'll be the engine of our pipeline, using a multi-channel approach to meet a weekly KPI of 5 qualified sales calls.

What You'll Do

  • Add 40 vetted leads daily to Apollo.io for personalized email and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Keep the Hubspot CRM meticulously updated with all prospect interactions.
  • Make 100 phone calls daily to conduct high-touch manual outreach.
  • Perform manual follow-ups via phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture leads.
  • Track all daily activities in a performance scorecard.
  • Attend daily team huddles and weekly feedback sessions.
  • Experiment with outreach on Facebook and Twitter.
  • Engage in community building by responding to relevant Quora, LinkedIn, and blog posts.
  • Participate in sales huddles and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills with a neutral accent.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Apollo.io, or similar sales tools.
  • 1+ year of BDR and sales cold-calling experience specifically to set appointments.
  • An independent, adaptable problem-solver with great communication skills.
  • You must LOVE cold-calling and the art of selling.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, 50GB free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a backup place of work and a secondary internet option (e.g., mobile hotspot).

  • Compensation: $3/hr base, $500/month + $50 per qualified appointment (US$1500 On Target Earnings).
