Global Pacific Support is hiring a remote Appointment Setter to serve as the critical first point of contact for our potential clients. You'll be responsible for reaching out, engaging prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales and service teams.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Reach out to and engage prospects.
- Schedule appointments with our sales or service team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps).
- Functional laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
- Quiet and distraction-free home workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
