Trivium Group is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Sales Team and help expand our client base. You will be the first point of contact, representing Trivium’s value and professionalism to prospects around the world.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email follow-ups to connect with potential clients.
- Find, qualify, and engage leads based on Trivium’s ideal client criteria.
- Cold message prospects using pre-made scripts, adapting pitches to boost responses.
- Schedule and confirm sales calls or free audits with qualified leads.
- Follow up consistently on outbound and inbound leads to maximize conversions.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and alignment with Trivium’s services.
- Research prospective clients to gather key insights and background information for Sales Closers.
- Maintain and update CRM records daily with accurate lead info and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with Sales Closers for smooth handoffs and conversion support.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, appointments, and lead quality.
- Plan and execute outreach strategies aligned with sales goals and campaigns.
- Report performance metrics and insights regularly to supervisors.
- Stay updated on Trivium’s services, Amazon ecosystem, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (B2+ minimum).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages).
- Experience using CRMs and lead tracking tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in eCommerce or agency environment.
