CHS Inc. is looking for an Applicator/Operations Specialist to join our team in Englevale, ND. This hybrid role combines customer-facing application services with operational support for our local agricultural community. You will work directly with farmers to support their production needs while handling key operational tasks at our facility.

What You'll Do

Apply fertilizer and crop protection products independently using sprayer or floater equipment.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, educating them on products and services.
Assist sales staff to ensure order accuracy and meet patron needs.
Operate loaders, forklifts, and other machinery for warehouse work and product handling.
Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using appropriate equipment.
Perform product pickup and delivery to customers as required.
Conduct general labor, maintenance, equipment inspection, and record keeping promptly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application.
Must meet the minimum age requirement.

Nice to Have

High School diploma or GED.
CDL license with Hazmat endorsement or ability to attain one.
Applicator's license, chemical application education and experience, forklift certification, and a farming or agriculture background.
