Adidas Group is looking for an Applications Analyst to serve as a key interface for internal teams. You will coordinate and develop applications to efficiently achieve sales and service targets, supporting on-time delivery and strategic business priorities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct end-to-end review of Customer Applications processes to optimize resources and time.
- Support daily workflow direction to Application Representatives to ensure department needs are met.
- Facilitate IT-generated changes, including system upgrades and test script execution.
- Support cross-functional relationships to discuss and resolve issues discovered during process analysis.
- Actively support specialized training in a one-on-one or small-class setting for our application tool kit.
- Represent the Order Management team as a subject matter expert on cross-functional projects.
- Support ad hoc execution of mass transactions at the request of senior leadership.
- Monitor internal request processes to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Identify training opportunities, develop training documentation, and lead training sessions.
- Provide team direction, prioritize team workload, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day project details and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
