Internet Brands is hiring an Applicant Call Representative to help individuals navigate the Social Security Disability application process. In this role, you will guide claimants through a series of personal questions about their disability and qualifications, ensuring their application is completed fully and accurately. Calls typically last 30-45 minutes, requiring a patient and empathetic approach.
What You'll Do
- Complete the online application for claimants by asking a series of personal medical questions.
- Use several systems, including our website, internal systems, and order management platforms.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and patience throughout each call.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive applicant information.
- Meet established productivity and quality goals.
- Use call management software to answer calls and adhere to a specified schedule and break times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- A customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to show empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A patient demeanor and a genuine inclination to help others.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Ability to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows OS, Internet, and associated software.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

This is a hybrid position. The role is based in Brooklyn Park, MN, and we are open to remote candidates located in Minnesota, Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, and Kansas.
