About the Role

Leadtech is looking for an Apple Ads Specialist to take ownership of Apple Search Ads campaigns from strategic setup through continuous optimization. You will be instrumental in enhancing app visibility and driving ROI for mobile applications.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end campaign setup, from initial planning to launching new initiatives.
  • Execute detailed keyword planning, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization to drive ROI.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses to scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on creatives and expand keyword coverage.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver performance reports and translate data into clear, actionable insights for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with App Store trends, ASA platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with ASO, creative, and product teams to maximize campaign synergy.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in managing Apple Search Ads campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in ASA strategy, campaign execution, keyword optimization, and bidding models.
  • In-depth knowledge of iOS mobile attribution and the SKAdNetwork framework.
  • Experience running iOS acquisition campaigns across different geos and funnel stages.
  • Strong command of Mobile Measurement Platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and Firebase.
  • Skilled in Excel for campaign tracking and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ASA initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate large datasets into strategic actions.
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving mobile ecosystem.
