About the Role
The APJ Clinical Associate contributes to the planning and delivery of clinical trials in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, ensuring adherence to protocols, timelines, and regulatory standards while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical trial activities across APJ countries
- Assist in monitoring study documentation and data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trial execution
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Track and report on study progress and milestones
- Coordinate with site personnel for documentation collection
- Participate in site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Maintain trial master files and essential documents
- Support regulatory submissions and audits
- Monitor protocol adherence at clinical sites
- Escalate issues to senior team members as needed
- Contribute to study timelines and deliverables tracking
- Assist in vendor management activities
- Review informed consent forms for accuracy and compliance
- Support training materials for study teams
- Track investigator credentials and regulatory documents
- Facilitate communication between sites and central teams
- Monitor safety reporting timelines
- Assist in data query resolution with sites
- Ensure timely archiving of study records
- Support internal process improvements
- Attend regional team meetings and trainings
- Follow company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical operations standards
- Contribute to risk mitigation strategies
