Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by managing IT support tickets.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and updating company computer systems and devices.
- Help maintain and improve internal IT processes through monitoring and control mechanisms.
- Offer technical guidance and support to users for devices and tools including laptops, mobile apps, remote access, and video conferencing systems.
- Respond to and resolve initial IT support requests by handling user-submitted service tickets.
- Prepare and configure IT hardware for new employees or equipment replacements.
