Wealthfront is hiring a Marketing Manager, Lifecycle

About the Role

This role is responsible for building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs that nurture users from onboarding through ongoing engagement, using email, in-app messaging, and other channels to drive product adoption and deepen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across user stages
  • Create personalized email campaigns to improve customer activation
  • Collaborate with data scientists to identify key user behavior patterns
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and analytics
  • Design onboarding sequences that increase early product engagement
  • Use segmentation to deliver relevant content to distinct user groups
  • Manage calendar of lifecycle communications across channels
  • Track performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Work closely with product teams to align messaging with feature launches
  • Refine messaging based on user feedback and behavioral data
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations and brand standards
  • Scale successful campaigns across different customer segments
  • Monitor unsubscribe and complaint trends to maintain list health
  • Integrate CRM data to enhance targeting precision
  • Support retention initiatives for existing customers
  • Develop re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
  • Partner with design to produce clear and effective content
  • Maintain documentation for campaign workflows and templates
  • Stay current with marketing automation best practices
  • Contribute to roadmap planning for lifecycle tools and platforms
