About the Role
This role is responsible for building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs that nurture users from onboarding through ongoing engagement, using email, in-app messaging, and other channels to drive product adoption and deepen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across user stages
- Create personalized email campaigns to improve customer activation
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify key user behavior patterns
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and analytics
- Design onboarding sequences that increase early product engagement
- Use segmentation to deliver relevant content to distinct user groups
- Manage calendar of lifecycle communications across channels
- Track performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Work closely with product teams to align messaging with feature launches
- Refine messaging based on user feedback and behavioral data
- Ensure compliance with email regulations and brand standards
- Scale successful campaigns across different customer segments
- Monitor unsubscribe and complaint trends to maintain list health
- Integrate CRM data to enhance targeting precision
- Support retention initiatives for existing customers
- Develop re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
- Partner with design to produce clear and effective content
- Maintain documentation for campaign workflows and templates
- Stay current with marketing automation best practices
- Contribute to roadmap planning for lifecycle tools and platforms
