As a pioneering Engineer in our emerging Technology Hub, you'll critically contribute to accelerating our product strategy. This is not a standard "Senior Engineer" position. This represents a foundational engineering opportunity in a newly established tech center, where you'll significantly influence architectural design, engineering standards, talent acquisition, and technical trajectory across a platform serving hundreds of thousands of businesses. You'll be responsible for developing and deploying innovative features that transform customer experiences. From groundbreaking AI recruitment tools to fully automated payroll solutions, every platform component is meticulously designed to disrupt traditional employment ecosystems. This is a 100% remote work arrangement operating within Taiwan's time zones.
