Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers in ANZ, enabling them to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development across the team.
- Drive clarity of vision, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes across partner engagement efforts.
- Define and execute a comprehensive ANZ partner strategy to maximize revenue, pipeline, and market penetration.
- Identify, recruit, and grow strategic reseller and distribution partnerships.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to accelerate sell-through and long-term growth.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic counterpart.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and partnership agreements aligned with mutual business objectives.
- Elevate Pure Storage’s value proposition within the partner ecosystem.
- Partner closely with ANZ Sales leadership, District Managers, and Account Executives to align on territory plans and drive joint success.
- Collaborate with Partner and Field Marketing to design and execute high-impact programs, campaigns, and events that generate demand and expand reach.
- Actively represent Pure Storage at industry events, partner engagements, and executive forums.
- Establish scalable processes, best practices, and performance metrics to optimize partner productivity and ROI.
- Drive consistent pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and business visibility across the partner landscape.
- Continuously assess market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
