AlexStaff Agency is hiring an Analytics Engineer (Data Engineering & BI) to join a crypto payment platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and developing dashboards that empower internal teams.

What You'll Do

Build, maintain and scale ETL/ELT data pipelines
Develop and support dashboards and reports for Dealing and CSD teams
Ensure data quality, availability and documentation across all data sources

What We're Looking For

3+ years in Data Analytics, Data Engineering or Business Intelligence
Strong SQL skills
Experience with data modeling and transformations using tools like DBT
Hands-on work with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Good understanding of ETL/ELT and data quality practices
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
English proficiency at C1+ level

Nice to Have

Experience with financial and CRM data
Degree in Mathematics, Economics or Finance
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
