Decentralized Masters is looking for an Analytics Engineer to architect and manage the flow of data across our organization. You will design robust data pipelines, integrate systems, and develop reliable models and dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize data tables and queries within Supabase.
- Configure and maintain Fivetran integrations to ensure data accuracy and freshness.
- Oversee HubSpot data synchronization and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and fulfilment systems.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot data consistency issues, and improve system performance.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data models and transformations to support analytics and reporting.
- Combine, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources for consistent business use.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate reporting and analytical needs into scalable, maintainable data structures.
- Build and maintain insightful Sigma dashboards that empower business teams with real-time performance visibility.
- Define, document, and maintain consistent key metrics and KPIs across departments.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Develop automated workflows to streamline reporting, data synchronization, and business processes.
- Implement data quality checks, alerts, and monitoring systems to maintain reliability.
- Maintain clear documentation for all pipelines, data models, and automations.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL.
- Experience configuring and monitoring Fivetran integrations.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM data structures.
- Understanding of data modeling, transformation, and reporting best practices.
- Experience building dashboards in Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and JSON data handling.
- Exposure to version control (Git) and documentation standards.
