Deloitte is hiring an Analyst/Consultant to help financial services industry (FSI) clients tackle quantitative challenges with confidence. In this role, you will provide professional advice leveraging deep technical skills and Deloitte's global network, with a primary focus on developing, validating, and reviewing Large Language Models based on industry best practices.
What You'll Do
- Help FSI clients face quantitative issues with informed confidence.
- Provide professional advice in a wide range of situations using deep technical skills and leveraging a global network of experts.
- Develop, validate, and review Large Language Models (LLMs) based on industry best practices.
- Learn and work in other quantitative and analytical areas such as credit modeling, forecasting and stress testing, and customer behavior modeling.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in the AI/ML domain.
- Knowledge of NLP, LLMs (extractive and generative), fine-tuning, development, and deployment of LLM models.
- Familiarity with higher-level trends in LLMs and open-source platforms.
- Experience with Langchain and RAG.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Python, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or similar statistical tools.
- Solid academic background with a PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail and a talent for logical reason.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm about new and unfamiliar technologies with ability to learn technical/scientific concepts quickly with minimal direction.
