NielsenIQ is looking for an ML Engineer to design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models with a focus on implementing Generative AI use cases and conducting research to advance the state-of-the-art.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models.
- Implement Generative AI use cases using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI, including exploring new algorithms, techniques, and tools.
- Work with senior team members and stakeholders to capture requirements and execute them in an Agile methodology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, experiments, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to current projects.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in the Python programming language.
- Experience developing machine learning models using Sklearn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing libraries and tools such as Spark NLP, Hugging Face, or NLTK.
- Experience in any GenAI framework such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to deploy machine learning models.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or AutoML.
- Experience with Azure Cloud.
- Experience working in an Agile model.
