At Bombardier, we design, build and maintain the world’s peak-performing aircraft. We are looking for an Analyst, Program / Project Control to join our team and play a key role in managing program strategies, schedules, and budgets for a project portfolio within our complex manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for governance, guiding cross-functional teams, and managing risks and opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own the development and management of Program strategies, schedules, and budgets for a project portfolio.
- Manage the project portfolio within the program office structure, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.
- Manage governance for your work package, establish performance metrics, and prepare necessary content like agendas and profitability analyses.
- Establish and present Program schedules and business cases, guiding the cross-functional team toward defined project milestones.
- Lead and facilitate project integration, evaluation, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage risks and opportunities associated with your portfolio of projects.
- Provide support and prioritization to team members internally and externally, and mentor junior analysts.
- Resolve complex project issues by applying your knowledge and experience.
- Control Program costs (manpower, material, and other direct costs) and support negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in a complex manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred), including project or program management.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, operations management, and contract management.
- Enthusiasm for developing skills in project management methodologies and financial governance.
- Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead without formal authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and overcome setbacks.
- An analytical mindset for metrics and performance tracking.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and Teams, including MS Project.
- Ability to work on site at our Pearson facility in Toronto at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more.
- Ability to travel for work up to 25% to Montreal or international locations, as needed.
Nice to Have
- Direct knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry from the factory floor.
- Ability to work in Spanish and/or French is considered an asset.

- Salary range: CAD $71,200 to CAD $113,700 per year.
