Grupo Bancolombia is seeking a Junior Analyst - Digital Channels and Business Services to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing processes and services across our virtual and electronic channels, ensuring we deliver on our customer service promise while balancing costs and risks.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, optimize, and document processes to guarantee proper function and achieve expected service levels and efficiency.
- Propose, design, and implement improvements to processes, applications, and contingency plans to ensure service continuity, minimize fraud, and improve efficiency.
- Review and recommend the necessary physical and human resources for process execution, based on installed capacity studies.
- Constantly evaluate channel metrics and indicators to detect improvement opportunities, designing and implementing actions to enhance service and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Python and SQL.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools.
