Unknown Company is hiring an Analyst, Internal Sales Associate

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking two Analyst, Internal Sales Associates to join LaSalle Investment Management's Private Wealth Group. You will provide essential service and sales support to internal and external wholesaling teams, driving key initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Head of Intermediary Distribution.

What You'll Do

• Act as a liaison between third-party transfer agents, custodians, broker/dealers, the in-house service team, and the sales team.
• Handle all inbound service-related calls and emails.
• Process trade and subscription paperwork and assist with transfers and account maintenance.
• Provide guidance for investor portal access and setup.
• Assist with NIGO ("not in good order") or missing investor documentation.
• Create and maintain updated Salesforce reports, campaigns, and contacts.
• Contribute to Proxy outreach efforts.
• Provide sales materials, food, and beverage for external wholesaler meetings and events.
• Help drive attendance for JLL LaSalle sponsored events and activities.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for the sales team.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years of relevant work experience.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and employees, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and proactively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Private Wealth Group, working closely with internal and external sales teams and reporting to the Head of Intermediary Distribution.

Benefits & Compensation

• Annual salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 USD.

This position is based locally in the United States.
