BRF seeks an Analyst in Human Resources to manage medium-complexity HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. You will execute your responsibilities under leadership guidance while contributing to the company's sustainability goals.
What You'll Do
- Act in medium-complexity processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting changes.
- Participate in projects within your area of expertise.
- Analyze data and information to develop studies that support decision-making.
- Execute responsibilities under the guidance of leadership or a more senior professional.
- Conduct frequent contacts and provide guidance to compensation managers in business units and the corporate area.
- Deliver training to business units as demanded or required by business needs.
- Address reporting demands and participate in responding to more complex service calls.
- Analyze, approve, and/or reject salary movements for Brazil within the Employee Central system.
- Guide managers on compensation procedures and guidelines.
- Schedule payments for retentions, hiring bonuses, and transfer plans.
- Follow the guidelines established in BRF's Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through daily activities that promote management and compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) global commitments.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP, which will be a differentiator.
- Previous experience in the field.
