Grupo Bancolombia is looking for an Analyst II to design and ensure end-to-end processes based on transformation methodologies, applied across various bank environments (Products, Payments, Channels, Clients, and Corporate Functions). You will contribute to the adoption and operation of efficient, agile, and timely processes, driving operational modernization in each business line.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support interdisciplinary teams in designing and redesigning current and desired operational models aligned with target experiences.
- Lead, develop, and ensure the application of methodologies, tools, and process transformation frameworks in all initiatives within your assigned environment.
- Drive the adoption of the modernization strategy by monitoring indicators, drivers, and key benefits (e.g., automation percentage, time reduction).
- Lead deep improvement diagnostics of operational processes in your environment, presenting transformation opportunities to business representatives and development teams.
- Identify and escalate non-prioritized process transformation opportunities within your environment, implementable through end-user solutions.
- Ensure impact estimations and the updating/design of documentation (policies, regulations, sub-processes, manuals) from early stages.
- Plan and develop knowledge-sharing sessions on process transformation guides, methodologies, and tools for members of your environment.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in E2E design/redesign: BPMN 2.0, as is / to be.
- Experience in continuous improvement (Lean): VSM, SIPOC, RACI, KPI/drivers, cycle times, productivity, and quality.
- Experience in automation and BPM: criteria for RPA, low code/no code, flow orchestration and integration via APIs; document governance.
- Experience in customer experience (journey, service blueprint).
Nice to Have
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with the Process Transformation Management department.
