In this role, you will provide essential analytical support for commercial real estate valuations and consulting, working directly with our UK/EMEA VRA team. What You'll Do
- Work directly with the UK/EMEA VRA team, aligning with a specific real estate sector.
- Develop accurate financial models for existing and potential commercial real estate investments.
- Conduct detailed cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborate with acquisitions and asset-management teams to validate property financials.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports with market analysis and value conclusions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial modelling.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions.
- Availability for working hours aligned with the UK team (1 pm – 10 pm IST).
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and property-level financials.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex financial concepts.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
