Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Business/Operations Analyst with Field Operations chops. You'll be the mastermind behind organizing field operations documentation in a centralized database and supporting business planning. Your mission: work closely with project teams to gather data requests and compile information that aligns perfectly with business requirements. This is a remote role with about 20% travel to Stamford, CT (a few days each month). Eastern US candidates get priority.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with field operations teams and stakeholders to nail down data and documentation needs
- Design and manage a rock-solid centralized database for field operations documentation
- Ensure the documentation database is accurate, relevant, and super easy to navigate
- Respond to data and documentation requests with lightning speed
- Analyze, review, and interpret documents and related artifacts for the field operations organization
- Collaborate at a senior level with cross-functional stakeholders
- Leverage razor-sharp analytical and critical thinking skills to drive organizational goals

- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in field operations (non-negotiable)
- Telecommunications, Cable, or internet services industry experience is a must
- Bonus points for familiarity with telecommunications products like fiber internet, cloud services, and managed services
- Background in business planning frameworks, documentation/content management, or knowledge management is a big plus
- Analytical ninja - able to dissect data, spot gaps, and craft brilliant solutions
- Communication wizard with presentation skills that can win over any stakeholder
- Master of multitasking who can prioritize work and crush deadlines
- Deep understanding of evaluating processes, strategies, and best practices
- Proven track record supporting a Field Operations organization
- Smartsheet and PowerPoint pro
Education / Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or related field required
- MBA? Even better.
Compensation
For Colorado-based roles, here's the legal compensation breakdown: this is a consulting gig at $65-80/hr on 1099. Final compensation depends on experience, education, location, unique skills, and potential certifications. We're transparent about factors that influence your earning potential.
