Responsibilities
- Completes assigned tasks following defined Account Setup Forms for active accounts within scope.
- Maintains communication with account owners, stakeholders, and international departments.
- Maintains and updates documentation associated with reporting workflows.
- Provides initial support for data quality issues in designated reports.
- Handles problems or projects ranging from moderate to high complexity.
- Reviews team-generated reports to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Suggests process improvements and implements them upon supervisor approval.
- Conducts training sessions and mentors new team members.
- Offers constructive feedback on current tasks and workflows.
- Demonstrates solid understanding of functional principles and builds specialized knowledge.
- Replies to emails within a maximum of two business days.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
- Follows all internal policies, legal requirements, and managerial directives, including labor and compensation regulations.
- Acts in alignment with company values in daily conduct and interactions.
- Advances professional capabilities through training participation and self-directed learning
