DSV is looking for an Analyst to join the Business Support Services Control Tower (MNL ISSC). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and processing data to deliver defined, high-quality reports to clients within fixed time frames. You will work independently, support junior analysts, and contribute to process improvements.

What You'll Do

Complete assigned reporting tasks based on Account Setup Forms (ASF).
Establish communication with Account Owners, Stakeholders, and globally located departments.
Update documentation related to the reporting process.
Provide first-level support for queries related to data quality in specific reports.
Work on problems and projects of moderately to considerable complexity.
Audit reports prepared by other team members to ensure quality and compliance.
Propose and implement process improvements and optimizations after supervisor agreement.
Provide training to other team members and act as a buddy for newcomers.
Share constructive feedback on tasks and processes.
Develop deep functional knowledge and expertise.
Respond to emails within a maximum of two working days.
Complete other tasks requested by your superior.
Comply with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers' orders.
Maintain behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
Develop professional skills through training and constant self-education.

What We're Looking For

Experience in reporting tasks and data analysis.
Experience in building reports based on customer requirements and specifications.
Experience in data entry tasks and documentation.
Good working knowledge of MS-Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook and Excel.
Good working knowledge of web-based applications and the Internet.
