Lockton Northeast is hiring an Analyst to support our construction and real estate teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Client Managers, Senior Client Managers, and Account Executives in servicing, managing, and growing a dedicated book of business within Construction Project Insurance. This position is an integral part of our high-performing brokerage client service team. What You'll Do
- Support servicing of a dedicated construction project book of business, which includes lines such as General Liability, Builders Risk, Pollution, and Professional Liability.
- Engage with internal Lockton teams and interact directly with clients and insurance carriers.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to provide exceptional customer service.
- Review program details like quotes, binders, and endorsements with clients and insurers for accuracy.
- Gather and compile exposure information for new business and renewal opportunities.
- Work with the Technical Services Team to issue certificates of insurance, invoices, and compliance documents.
- Research the Construction Liability industry market, carrier relations, and claims trends.
- Resolve accounting issues as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or relevant experience.
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willingness and ability to work outside normal business hours and travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without requiring sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance is preferred.
