American Airlines seeks a detail-oriented Analyst to join the AAdvantage Products & Delivery team. This role is central to delivering innovative products, ensuring quality, and aligning strategic initiatives that shape the experience for millions of loyal customers.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end delivery of new products and enhancements from concept through launch and post-release validation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and vendors to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Manage day-to-day cross-functional coordination to maintain alignment on objectives, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor product and platform health to surface issues, identify risks, and recommend operational or technical improvements.
- Support executive-level reporting and communication to ensure visibility into progress and outcomes.
- Analyze complex performance trends using SQL, Tableau, Cognos, and Adobe Analytics to identify optimization and revenue opportunities.
- Develop business case inputs through financial modeling, forecasting, and member-experience analysis.
- Design and interpret A/B tests to guide data-driven product and strategy decisions.
- Partner across product, analytics, and external teams to align on optimization strategies, success metrics, and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer behavior.
Nice to Have
- Master of Business Administration.
- Previous project management, product management, or quality assurance experience.
