Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring an Analyst 2, Cust Contract Admin (Quoting Analyst)

BD is hiring an Analyst 2, Cust Contract Admin (Quoting Analyst) to provide critical support for the MMS Dispensing Sales team. In this role, you will manage the creation of customer-facing quotations and drive the contract review and approval workflow, ensuring BD's interests are protected while improving processes.

What You'll Do

• Interact daily with the MMS Dispensing Sales team to manage the creation of customer-facing quotations.
• Ensure the Tier I Quoting request queue meets or exceeds department service and turnaround standards.
• Communicate with sales via email, MS Teams, GMB, or the Tier I Quoting 'hotline'.
• Maintain current knowledge of product offerings, policies, procedures, and marketing programs.
• Provide pre-deal support for all Dispensing contract requests.
• Support the field team with contract-related items and analysis.
• Drive the implementation of contracting and pricing strategies through daily execution.
• Aim to protect BD interests (margin, risk, policy) and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive the contract review and approval workflow process, liaising with Business, Sales, Contracts Tier II, or Legal.
• Facilitate requests to management for non-standard pricing or offerings.
• Coordinate post-deal activities and ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams.
• Drive process improvement projects.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• A High School diploma with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Nice to Have

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $33.80 - $55.70 USD.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based at the USA CA - San Diego Bldg A&B location.
