RemoteVA PH is hiring an Amazon Specialist to manage our presence across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory, ensuring policy compliance, and driving overall account performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize product listings in both Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost product visibility
- Monitor pricing, inventory, and performance metrics across platforms
- Resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to create A+ content, brand stores, and promotions
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights for growth and profitability
- Manage purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment for Vendor Central accounts
- Oversee advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI
- Research competitors and market trends for strategic advantage
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
- Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon advertising tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
