Attentive is hiring a Junior Amazon Connect Developer to join international projects delivering cloud-based contact center solutions enhanced with AI. You will support the design, development, and maintenance of Amazon Connect solutions, gaining exposure to AWS services, AI technologies, and DevOps practices.
What You'll Do
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, and automation.
- Work closely with experienced developers, architects, and international teams.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and/or AWS services.
- Graduated in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of cloud concepts and integration basics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Python or Node.js programming.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
