HireHawk is seeking an Amazon Demand Planner to support inventory forecasting and supply planning across a growing marketplace business. This role plays a key part in ensuring in-stock performance while minimizing overstock and excess inventory risk.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.
- Analyze historical sales data and marketplace performance.
- Partner with operations and supply chain to align purchasing decisions.
- Monitor sell-through rates and inventory health metrics.
- Identify risks related to stockouts or overstock.
- Support reporting and forecasting models in Excel or planning tools.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory forecasting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing sales trends and performance data.
- Ability to build forecasting models and reports using Excel.
- Experience partnering with operations or supply chain teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying inventory risks.
