HireHawk is seeking an Amazon Demand Planner to support inventory forecasting and supply planning across our growing marketplace business. This remote role for LATAM will be key to ensuring in-stock performance while minimizing overstock and excess inventory risk.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.
- Analyze historical sales data and marketplace performance.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to align purchasing decisions.
- Monitor sell-through rates and inventory health metrics.
- Identify risks related to stockouts or overstock.
- Support reporting and forecasting models in Excel or other planning tools.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, forecasting models).
- Understanding of supply chain fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Amazon data or marketplace forecasting is strongly preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods is preferred.
