Construction & Property Group – UK is looking for an Amazon Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and customer communications for our Amazon Seller Central accounts. You will manage inquiries and maintain records during EST business hours.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails and messages through Amazon Seller Central
- Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
- Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses
- Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Background or working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Strong written English communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Comfortable running and handling reports
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
